Conserving Power (A.I.)
I thought this was an interesting observation by Yellow Rose for Texas (see screenshots below). She was responding about a video of flooding in China, explaining that the system is running the big storms & depleting its power reserves in the process.
I immediately made the connection to recent videos showing little to no traffic on the Los Angeles freeways. I lived there 20 years ago, and it didn’t matter what time of day, there were always lots of cars on the road. Even at 2am there was significant traffic. A.I. is removing NPC (non player characters) to conserve on power, and the matrix is glitching (see split sky photo below).
