Timeline Jump (for Joy)

Wow! There were some challenging energies today. At times I felt waves of grief & sadness, but most of the day I had that heavy sense of dread twisting in my body. We were collectively pushing down on the old timeline, compressing dark shadows, and gaining traction for the leap we made this evening. Today we restored the potential of JOY in our lives. It’s been missing for decades, hasn’t it? We’ve been slogging away on some dark & dreary timelines.

So I asked Higher Self for a definition of Divine Joy. I didn’t get words, but she shared these images: effervescent cellular bubbling; tightening of heart center; light & bouncy steps; laugh lines around the eyes; unmasked - revealing authentic self; strengthened connection with others.

We’re meant to connect with joy & laughter and lighten this place up. If guided, engage with something funny - a book, video, film, joke, story-telling, etc. For example, this comedy skit (Boemerang interview) had me rolling in laughter recently. Forgive my twisted sense of humor.
