Winter is definitely here to stay, so here is the winter class schedule to brighten up those dark days with friends new and old, while cosied up by the bonfire in our outdoor classroom. Come join us for group classes, or book private sessions for deeper personal work.

Please join us for a gentle, breath & meditation yoga class based on the original texts.
