Sleep States (in the matrix)

We earth humans sleep very differently from other races, and if our sleep is interrupted for a length of time, we go crazy.

Higher Self showed me that by cutting us off from our memories, the Controllers had to split our minds into conscious and unconscious states. The only way to keep us sane and functional was to force REM-cycle deep sleep on a daily basis where we process the day’s events and interactions, and update and reconcile our akashic records.

The Parasites even gave us long, dark nights in order to force recurrent sleep states. Outside this matrix hologram we’re going to experience much longer days, followed by a couple of hours of twilight. Rest will replace deep sleep, and the ascension process will start healing the artificial schisms in our minds.
