Inner Child Healing

Your inner child may need healing to resolve trauma stored in the body, triggered by current ascension energies. If you feel guided to check in with your inner child, you may want to try the technique shared below.

In a meditative state, call in your Soul, and ask to be taken to your Inner Sanctuary. The Inner Sanctuary is a place deep inside your own consciousness, a safe place for healing the inner family. There is a temple within your Inner Sanctuary, surrounded by the most beautiful landscape and nature. Go to that healing temple and see yourself surrounded by your Soul and your spiritual guides & healers.

Now connect with your inner child consciousness and visualize them in front of you. They may present as young, in the 4-5 year age range. Are they playful & full of joy? Traumatized? What is the condition of their body? Allow yourself to observe and take note of any important details.

If you find them curled in a ball, unresponsive and resistant to healing, just be patient. Ask your Soul to show you what happened to traumatize them so badly, and for guidance on how to bring them back to a state of joy & health. Provide loving attention as if you are their mother or father. They may need unconditional love, wound healing, cleaning up, a hug or snuggle, some time in play, etc. With your Soul present, heal and provide your inner child with whatever they need.

You may want to stay in a meditative state & explore the Inner Sanctuary with your inner child. The landscape will be full of adventure - water for splashing, spirit animals to interact with, trees to climb, games to play.

Once the meditation is done, you may start to feel closer to your inner child and connect with them throughout the day. Indulge any impulses for play, time in nature, or creative endeavors. You will nourish your inner child consciousness, and in a broader sense nourish your entire being.
