Fractal Skills

The Protoi Alliance posted a couple of updates on their War-News thread yesterday, after a 2 month pause. I’m particularly excited about the possibility of our fractal skills, aka metaphysical abilities, coming online. They also gave us a “heads up” about possible side effects from 3D cleanings.
