Quietness of Mind
In the last few years I’ve made progress in removing dark entities & attachments and aligning to the most highly evolved aspect of myself. The result is that my mind is quiet most of the time and my emotions even. I, like most, used to have looping thoughts, low-level anxiety and negative emotions constantly. This quietness has bloomed in a slow way, so that I almost forgot how I used to be.
I recently watched this video by Tony Sayers: https://youtu.be/il8N0NRhAVg?t=175 where he talks about the levels of entity attachment and how mainstream new age healing fails to resolve core issues. Here’s a summary of some of his information, with my comments added:
Levels of entity attachment:
Complete possession: a human body with an entity working through it, e.g. meth addicts, murderers, rapists, etc.
Strong hold: dark entities with a very strong hold on a person’s daily life, inducing dark thoughts, e.g. hearing a voice tell you to kill yourself
Weaker hold: dark entities that encourage bad habits, waste your time & interfere with your healing
Personally, I use entity clearing, Black Sun disconnect, and Golden Age intentions daily to keep dark attachments at bay. All of these are outlined in my earlier posts (see “healing” category).
Tony Sayers warns that even if you remove the entity attachments, you’ll still have dark thoughts because of unresolved, subconscious wounding. So to get to the root problem, it’s important to go back to the original moment of trauma, stay in observer mode (watch trauma play out on a movie screen, not re-live it), retrieve that part of you stuck in that moment, and use your inner parent or master-healer to heal your younger self. I use these techniques in my healing sessions to good effect.
If you don’t get to the root cause, open wounds attract dark entities that hook in, feed off your negative emotions, and induce more anxiety. Remember we’re in a human farm, not an earth school, and we need to do our best to remove ourselves from the “menu”.
