Cleansing Pressure

I had one of those “dark night of the soul” moments a couple of nights ago. On the surface, it seemed like straightforward food poisoning. But afterward, Higher Self, that part of me outside in the real world, gave me some more insight. She showed that her original body was also twisting & turning in pain, and those monitoring her wrapped her torso in a warm healing light blanket that penetrated deep into the tissue. She said what happens to my body here in the underworld simulation, translates holographically to my original body too. As we lift in vibration to meet the frequency of exit, poisons have to be released or we’ll ascend into disease & more suffering.

When I awoke this morning, I heard Higher Self say “you’ll be surprised how long you slept”. I looked at the bedside clock and it was a noon!

So sleep when your body needs to, rest during the day, let obligations go if possible, and be gentle with yourself.
