There is significant core programming that keeps people dependent upon an abusive health care system. Learn to break the programming! Below are some suggestions for taking personal responsibility for your dental health:
Mineralization and Regeneration - teeth are alive. You are not destined to lose your teeth to decay. Learn to re-mineralize your teeth and support active regeneration. I highly recommend Standard Process’ Bio-Dent supplement.
Anti-microbial “toothpaste” - use baking soda (non-aluminum laced versions, i.e. it should clump a little) along with a few drops of Microblast (www.restandrepair.com) which contains black seed oil.
Sonic toothbrush - the use of a sonic toothbrush aids in biological ascension of the crystalline teeth & gums, as well as regeneration
Root canals - in my opinion, root canals are very harmful for health and should be avoided at all costs. It may be better to pull the tooth than to allow a dead one to remain inside your body, providing a constant stress on the immune system (bacterial growth, etc.)
Holistic dentists - search out a holistic dentist, whenever possible.
Homeopathy - for infections & abscesses, try Hepar Sulph followed by Heckla Lava. Ledum works wonders for any punctures (dental work) and Arnica is always helpful for bruising, swelling and injuries. 10X potency addresses physical level, or use 30C which addresses both physical & emotional (i.e. in physical discomfort and emotional about it).
Oil Pulling - I highly recommend the ayurvedic formula Arimedadi Thailam. Swish in your mouth for 30-60 seconds, then spit out.
