Side Effects (Deep Clearing)
We appear to be in a communication blackout, and while I still have access to my Higher Self, everyone else has gone quiet. I managed to check in with my family outside a few days ago, and got sense of much activity and preparation.
In the simulation, we are being bathed in calming & peaceful energies, while chaos is brewing beneath the surface. It’s the quiet before the storm.
Grayfox of the Protoi Alliance posted a “heads up” yesterday about possible intense & hellish side effects from a 3D foundation-level clearing. Sure enough, I experienced a night from hell - tossing & turning, twisting pain in my stomach, headache, night sweats. This morning I stood out in the rain, bare feet (foot) on the wet grass and grounded out the energies. While things aren’t 100%, I feel much, much better. I share this in case you too may have felt some intense side effects from the Protoi clearing. They should be short-lived, but if the symptoms linger, try grounding, hydration & gentle and holistic meds to deal with any body discomfort.
